Freedom Fighters Game Framerate runs too fast, how to fix it ?

I love old game like Freedom Fighters… it’s light and fast enough for my laptop, but it’s run too fast (the framerate), so how to fix it ?
open Freedom Fighters game folder, locate Freedom.ini (Freedom Fighters configurations file)  and open it..

freedom_ini_freedom_fighters_game

You will see notepad window like this.. and please remove DisableVsync

the result…

Save Freedom.ini then you can play Freedom Fighters game by double click Freedom.exe

    help, i just installed this game on my laptop (specs: intel dual core, intel graphics 4500m, and has a vista os). i tried editing the .ini file, but the speed still remains the same, its way too fast to play. i tried changing the compatibility of the game, i managed to slow it down a bit, a tad bit, by changing it to windows 2000 compatibility. do help.

    Well I ran into this looking for a answer to slow down my flash games.

    Your problem however is because of the dual core processors. If you can, assign only one core to the game and see if that helps.

    hey it my freedom fighters needs a cd to play but i already downloaded it from the internet..how do i remove the cd check when it says insert cd?

    Thanks Russel! i’ve just opened wmplayer and mute it! Then I run freedom fighters and framerate is perfect!
