Connect Laptop or Computer With Windows 7 to a Projector

Someone asked me how to connect his laptop to a Projector… Usually an Acer laptop has an application called “Acer ePresentation Management“, this application let you easily manage presentation hardware such as projector, but sadly this application is unavailable on Windows 7….


“I have aspire 4720z series and using windows 7 ultimate. I have problem with epresentation managemnt and cannot connected to projector please help” (read his comment here)

So how to connect your laptop or computer to a projector?

step 1:

Right click on desktop, then select Screen Resolution

step-1 select Screen Resolution

step 2:

Select Connect to a Projector, as you can see, you can press “Windows” key and tap “P” as Hotkey

step-2 Connect to a Projector

step 3:

You can select Duplicate, Extend, or Projector only

step-3 Select duplicate extend or Projector only

Done! :) now you can connect your laptop to a projector….
